Payments are processed through Telegram's secure payment system. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your chosen access period. Each payment is processed as a separate one-time transaction.
6.3 Recurring Payments
We do not use automatic recurring payments or subscriptions. When your access period expires, you can make another one-time payment at any time to continue using the Service. You have full control over when and if you make additional payments.
6.4 Refund Policy
For payments made with Telegram Stars, we offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee. For other payment methods, the refund policy is determined by the payment provider - contact us in Telegram: @sevenvpn_bot_support to request a refund in this case.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by 7vpn and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
We do not guarantee that the Service will bypass all geo-restrictions or that all content will be accessible through our Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7vpn SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount of your most recent payment for the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7vpn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Telegram bot or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
